Generations Advantage Value Plus (HMO-POS) with this plan you get complete medical, hospital, and Part D Prescription Drug coverage.
You can use in-network doctors and health service providers and pay low copayments for medical services. You also have the flexibility to see out-of-network providers for certain designated services with the Point-of-Service (POS) benefit.
The Value Plus plan is available in some Maine counties and is not available in New Hampshire.
Value Plus (HMO-POS) plan members must first meet the $300 Part D annual deductible for drugs in Tiers 3, 4, and 5 before moving into Initial Coverage Phase. Tiers 1 and 2 drugs automatically start in Initial Coverage Phase.
